1. Damaged ya Toota Hua Product Milne Par:
Agar aapko parcel kholte hi product toota hua (damaged) ya kharab milta hai, to aapko yeh steps follow karne honge:
Proof (Suhoot): Aapko product ki clear pics ya ek choti si video hamare WhatsApp number 03147563597 par bhejni hogi.
Verification (Janch): Aapka bheja hua proof hamari Quality Assurance team ko forward kiya jayega, jo 24 ghanton ke andar iski janch karegi.
Solution (Hal): Janch mukammal hone ke baad, hum aap se raabta karenge. Aapki marzi ke mutabiq aapko Full Refund (paise wapas) kar diye jayenge ya phir Free Replacement (naya product) bhej diya jayega. Note: Aapko purana product wapis bhejne ki zaroorat nahi hogi.
2. 7-Day Checking Warranty:
Agar aapka electronic product ya koi bhi aur item deliver hone ke 7 din ke andar kaam karna chor deta hai ya kharab ho jata hai, to aap foran hum se raabta karein.
Hum aapko uske badle mein naya product bhej denge ya phir aapke paise wapas (refund) kar denge.
3. 15-Day Quality Issue:
